About

Growing up, I always felt a little outside: as if everyone else had received instructions for how to be human, and I had somehow missed them. The world seemed too loud and confusing, and songs became the place where I felt understood. They showed me that somewhere, someone had felt what I was feeling and turned it into melody.
From a young age, I knew I wanted to do the same: turn pain into gold and help others feel less alone.
But at 29, I stopped singing. What had once been my medicine had become another way to prove that I wasn't good enough.
Then an unexpected Ayahuasca ceremony changed the direction of my life. Three months later, I boarded a plane and began a journey through Thailand, Germany, Peru, Brazil and Israel, searching for the lost pieces of myself and the courage to sing again.
Everywhere I went, songs were waiting for me like breadcrumbs along the road, gently leading me back to my voice.
Music is how I make sense of being alive. It doesn't make everything beautiful; it allows everything to belong: the grief and the pleasure, the shame and the freedom, the sacred and the ridiculous.
When I perform, I'm not presenting a perfect version of myself. I'm inviting people into a shared experience where we can take off our masks, feel what is real and remember that none of us is alone.
Today, I move between places, stages and seasons of life, performing in venues, festivals, ceremonies and streets around the world. The road is my teacher, and what I discover along the way finds its way into my songs, performances and stories.
This website is a home for my music and everything that lives around it: stories from the road, meditations, guidance and tools for self expression, connection and healing.
I'm still learning. Still remembering. Still becoming.
And I'll keep sharing what I discover, so we can grow through this beautiful, imperfect game of being human together.
I chose the truth
I want to hold
